Delivery and Shipping

Goods will normally be dispatched within 7 working days and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.

We will normally deliver goods within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

We currently use Royal Mail or Parcelforce for our shipping so can deliver to any areas covered by them.

We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. If the package is tracked, you must be at the premises to accept delivery of your order.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to ourselves within a reasonable time.

If the goods are damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
